Sidra Kennedy first joined CCC as a mentor before stepping into her current role as LDP Coordinator. She also works year-round at Camp Barney Medintz as Assistant Director of Camper Experience. Passionate about experiential learning and community outreach, Sidra brings a wealth of energy and creativity to her work with teens.

A graduate of Elon University with a B.A. in Human Service Studies and Public Policy, Sidra has extensive experience mentoring and counseling through schools, preparatory programs, camps, and community organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and learning new crafts.
