On Sunday, February 23, 2025, CCC will celebrate 30 years of engaging teen leaders, supporting children & families, and impacting Atlanta’s community. The 30th Year Celebration will include the “CCC Experience” cocktail hour, immersing attendees in different aspects of our community-building programs and leadership development. A formal presentation will honor Etta Raye Hirsch, long-time supporter of CCC, will recognize Ashley Siegel as the winner of our inaugural Young Adult Award, and will highlight CCC’s teens and our current and future initiatives.

MISSION
Who are we?

Creating Connected Communities is an Atlanta nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the lives of children experiencing hardship through community programming, while also empowering teens to become engaged community leaders and volunteers across our diverse community.

Some Things Never Change!

Did you know that the roots of CCC began in 1995 with a homeless shelter’s stolen holiday presents and our founder’s bat mitzvah? Fast forward 30 years and Amy Zeide is still loving on children at our annual Amy’s Holiday Party!

Then and Now

Check out the earliest photo in our CCC photo library! A Leadership Development Program session from 2002 with approximately 15 teens participating. Today we have 296 teens participating in multiple locations around Atlanta.
