CCC’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) engages Jewish teens in grades 8–12 in meaningful and interactive community service, supporting thousands of children and families each year. We teach critical leadership skills and empower hundreds of teens to become engaged community leaders and volunteers. CCC is committed to being an inclusive organization that represents diverse Jewish teens across Atlanta.
Our LDP curriculum is designed to help Jewish teens discover their own answers and ideas about a series of essential questions that lead to a true understanding of leadership. As teens proceed through an up to four-year-long experiential curriculum, these questions build upon each other to instill a thoughtful and layered understanding of their own identity as future community leaders and Jewish young adults.
