Melissa Kerzner is the Leadership Development Program (LDP) Assistant Director. Melissa joined CCC in 2026, bringing extensive experience in operations, project management, and customer experience. A native of Atlanta, she recently returned home after spending more than a decade in Vancouver, British Columbia, with her husband and three daughters.

Throughout her career, Melissa has worked across a variety of industries, including healthcare, retail, and advertising, with a focus on building relationships and creating the structure that helps organizations succeed. Most recently, she managed operations for a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic. Prior to that, she spent ten years with a Canadian chocolate company, where her work included training, marketing initiatives, and corporate operations.

As both a parent and community member, Melissa is passionate about CCC’s mission of empowering teens to become leaders while serving children and families facing hardship. She believes some of life’s most important lessons are learned through service, connection, and giving back to others, and she is excited to help create opportunities for young people to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and make a positive difference in their communities.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, running, and seeking out new adventures.
