Bryan Kellert is the Leadership Development Program (LDP) Director. Bryan joined CCC in 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience in youth engagement, experiential education, and leadership development. Bryan’s involvement and experiences with NFTY, URJ Camp Coleman and as a martial arts instructor helped shape his commitment to empowering others through meaningful learning and personal growth.
After graduating from the University of Alabama in 2014, Bryan began his professional career in youth engagement at Temple Emanu El of Greater Atlanta. He later served as the Director of Lifelong Learning in Miami before returning to Georgia to continue his career in group facilitation and corporate leadership development. Throughout his career, Bryan has designed and led impactful programs that encourage growth, strengthen teams, and nurture emerging leaders.
Outside of work, Bryan has dedicated 25 years to martial arts and often is found teaching at The Dojo. He also enjoys being outdoors, hiking just about every trail Georgia has to offer (and even into other states as part of the AT!). Bryan is thrilled to join the CCC team, build on the organization’s legacy, and help create transformative leadership experiences that empower the next generation.
