Creating Connected Communities (CCC) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and lawful conduct. All board members, employees, officers, contractors, and vendors are expected to uphold these standards in carrying out their responsibilities.
This Whistleblower Policy is intended to provide a safe and accessible way for individuals to report concerns or suspected misconduct. It ensures that CCC can promptly address and resolve any issues related to unethical or inappropriate behavior.
Reports may be submitted anonymously by emailing Holly Davis-Lummus at hollydavislummus@gmail.com.
CCC will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality and anonymity of the individual making the report. Retaliation against anyone who submits a complaint in good faith is strictly prohibited.
All complaints will be reviewed and investigated, as necessary. The investigation will be overseen by CCC’s HR consultant, with updates provided to the Executive Director, Senior Director of Finance & Operations, and the Chair of the CCC Board throughout the process and upon its conclusion.
