CCC’s annual Fall Festival, a partnership with the Police Athletic League’s PAL program, is a fun-filled Halloween block party for over 250 children in need complete with bounce houses, a haunted house, costumes, Fall crafts, field games, food, treats, and more.

These children don’t get to experience Halloween trick or treating due to neighborhood safety concerns.  That’s where CCC comes in.  We bring the party to them with the help of the police officers who serve their community, our teen volunteers, and children and families who live in the area.

Our goal for this program is to break down stereotypes and show our community that we are all connected.  The guests of our programs and our teen volunteers have opportunities for fun and meaningful interactions they wouldn’t otherwise have in their daily lives, demonstrating the common ground they share.

The police officers who protect this community also have opportunities to interact with our guests in a way that feels safe and non-confrontational, showing our guests that the officers who work in their neighborhoods care about their well-being and their happiness.
