CCC’s 2nd Annual Halloween Block Party was a Huge Success!

Sunday, October 21st was the second annual Fall Festival! CCC is thrilled to continue our partnership with the Atlanta Police Department’s PAL Program to provide over 200 children with a safe and fun-filled Halloween block party with the help of over 60 teen volunteers.

It was so much fun!  We had arts and crafts, field games, bouncy houses, food, bobbing for apples, dancing and a haunted house sponsored by PAL. The kids had a great time doing the activities at each station, getting candy and enjoying the great weather. They were truly excited and happy to be there with us. We had a great time playing with them and celebrating with them. It was all together an awesome day filled with many memorable moments!

— Megan Pelts, LTP board member

CCC especially thanks:

  • The Atlanta Police Departments PAL Program for hosting us
  • VIBE Entertainment for their awesome DJ and Dancer
  • Sutherland’s Food Service for their generous donation of apples and pumpkins

We also want to thank Hillels of GA for facilitating a craft booth,  Adam, Scott, and Jessica for their wonderful Bar and Bat Mitzvah project activities, and Girl Scout Troop 7155 for their delicious and festive cookies!

This is truly an example of a connected community and we are so thankful to all of you who helped us create it!

Balloonacy and Jeckil Promotions

CCC is so grateful to Balloonacy for their generous donation of festive balloons and decor to our events, especially our Fall Festival.  Their balloon creations instantly make any event or party truly festive.  They are incredibly creative and extremely easy to work with on any project.  You won’t believe what they can do.  CCC highly recommends them for your next event to add that extra pop! We can not wait to see how they will enhance Amy’s Holiday Party.

CCC sincerely thanks Jeckil Promotions for their generous product and monetary donations.  This promotional merchandise company has been so generous to us over the years – from printing AHP t-shirts and CCC pens to creating one of a kind “Thank you” plaques for our sponsors.  They can do it all and with ease and excellent customer service.  We are also so grateful to be one of Jeckil’s chosen non-profits to benefit from their corporate giving program this year.  We thank them for everything they have done for CCC to help us create the brand and reputation we have in our community.
